This Blog Has Moved!

Just a head's up... I have officially moved the pink toque craft blog to a new home, hosted by my webhost and now using the Wordpress engine for better functionality and design control. (check out the screenie, sweet, huh?) I've already submitted my new blog address to DigiFree's site and am hoping that it'll be able to pick me up over the weekend when Maria has a chance to add the latest batch, and so you'll soon be seeing my freebies again advertised on the DigiFree blog like they should be.

Please change your bookmarks to
http://craftblog.pinktoque.com
(or http://www.pinktoque.com/craftblog, whichever suits your fancy) !
I will no longer be posting freebies here and you'll only be able to get them at the new blog site.

What are you waiting for? You've already missed some freebies ... so head on over to the NEW and IMPROVED Pink Toque Craft Blog! Check out the info and details in a formal announcement HERE. See you at the new site soon! :)

"I Love the Chicago Bears" Quick Page Freebie

It's Sunday, and you know what that means... FOOTBALL!

As promised, here's a little quick page for you in celebration of the Chicago Bears! This quick page coordinates with my "I Love the Chicago Bears" freebie kit and the add-on pack freebie given away yesterday. Be sure to snag them if you haven't already! Don't you love the photo I used as my example in the preview? My little Winston, decked out in his Bears jersey. Though I am not sure what's going on in today's game... Tampa Bay is beating us?! Halftime is over so I'm back to the living room to watch the second half... cheer for the Bears, ok? GO BEARS!

Download my "I Love the Chicago Bears" Quick Page HERE.

Hope you enjoy the freebie as much as I enjoyed making it :) I have a few more quick pages and a couple other freebies ready to give away soon. Look for them this week!

"I Love the Chicago Bears" Mini Add-On Pack

With the 2008-2009 football season officially upon us, I thought it was time to whip up a little add-on pack for my "I Love the Chicago Bears" freebie kit I gave away last month in anticipation of the new season. In week 1, my Bears lovingly ensured the Indianapolis Colts suffered a loss in their very first game ever played in their brand spankin' new Lucas Oil stadium. Being originally from the south side of the Hoosier capital gives me the right to rub it in a little bit, as the rivalry between the Colts and Bears is a big deal in my family, as I've mentioned before. While I watched the game in absolute glee all snuggled in on the couch with my boys, I have to admit I was super impressed with the new Colts stadium. It's really amazing!

In week 2 the game was unavailable for me to watch because I was back home in Indiana and my dad couldn't find a station carrying it -- not that it mattered, since the Colts were playing Minnesota at the same time. I was saddened to hear/see the updated scoreboard ticker showing the Bears losing to Carolina at the very end of the game :( Oh, well... we'll get Tampa Bay this weekend to make up for it ;)

Anyway, hope you enjoy the little add-on pack. It includes 8 slide-type frames with various goodies -- some with complementary coloured masking tape, some with a little bracket stapled to it, and some that are just plain. You'll also find a separate journaling bracket, two cmdz doodle borders, two photo corners and 3 papers. This add-on pack coordinates perfectly with my "I Love the Chicago Bears" freebie kit, and if you're new to the pink toque craft blog, you'll want to be sure and pop over to nab it from last month. And per usual, don't forget that all of my freebies are free for personal, non-commercial use only. Check out the TOU included with my downloads and don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.

Oh! And I almost forgot... come back tomorrow for a freebie QP I whipped up using this add-on pack :) You won't want to miss it! See you tomorrow, and GOOOOOOO BEARS!
